The site and its processes

Midwestern listened to SSB Heating & Coolings needs and went to work. We began chasing some different wire frames and landed on what we believed to be the best fit for the client. We developed this site with a style of programming called responsive web design. No matter what the browser size it it will shift and fit to the screen giving the user the best layout for their device. That allows them to find the information they need to make an educated decision about working with SSB Heating & Cooling.

Since SEO was a focus for them we developed this site with content in mind from the beginning. We have specific SEO tools set up for them to customize there meta data and content for the search engine keywords they are targeting. This site also has a blog set up for them to continue to release new information for the field that they specialize in. This creates the opportunity for them to become educators for the area of business they practice in and allows them to turn students into clients.

Add-ons and EE special sauce

Midwestern created an extremely powerful FAQ system that allows users to search for their FAQ, and also attaches to FAQs to the product item they are needing questions answered for. They also have a tool that was built for them to take customer service inquiries to keep them on the road fixing products and making money rather than spinning their wheels fielding calls.

SSB Heating & Cooling wanted a piece of the site to take care of job postings and job applications. They now have an area of the site they can post job openings and qualifications. Once they post the job they can then it point to a customized job application that the potential employee can fill out to get there name in the hat for an interview. This is really helpful for them because they don’t have to waist time and money handing out paper applications and fielding calls about job openings.
