Small Helpings
Small Helpings is a web app designed to help busy parents plan meals for their children. Each subscriber is given access to their own dashboard where they can customize their weekly menus, acquire shopping lists, view recipes, and more. Both the marketing site and application run on ExpressionEngine.
We used Playa to set-up a hierarchy of nested relationships between ingredients, measurements, meals, menus, etc. And because each subscriber can customize various aspects of these relationships we hired Tom Jaeger from Packet Tide (highly recommended) to develop a custom add-on that tracks each subscriber’s changes.
The end result is an application that’s fun to use, pleasant to look at, and removes the stress of meal planning for busy parents.

This is a useful site.As a parent I want to provide my children all the nutrients that they need. I wanted to include Agaricus Extract in their diet and Small Helpings offered my the way to do this.

I am a working mom and I need all the help I can get in order to provide my kids healthy meals.Small Helpings web app was the perfect solution. I still needed to complete the healthy life style with some exercise routine but thanks to David Lader advices I sort out this problem to.

Thank you for providing this great website.I was feeding my baby only with baby formulas until one month ago when I decided to start giving him some light meals.I found some great soup recipes on this website and I’ve already cooked some and my baby loves them.
