Driver’s Edge
Driver’s Edge is a non-profit organization and public charity dedicated to one simple thing – teaching young drivers what’s not being taught in traditional driver’s education. Our sole mission is to help save lives with our unique and innovative behind the wheel program.
This website has a ton more going on under the hood than it even first appears. In addition to piles of new photography, video, meticulously hand-crafted design (a.k.a. “Grime”), there are piles of channels and features creating a really dynamic management tool.
Team members and their headshots can be be pulled across the site (homepage, footer, etc) with Playa to promote donations to the organization.
There are numerous galleries and sliders in all shapes and sizes run with Matrixes and other do-dads with auto-image-sizing, with defaults and fallbacks for every little detail.
Event entries are added to state-based sliders (see homepage), country maps (tour page), and lists, that run off-site to an event management system also styled to matched. This piece will be built into the site as phase 2 in a custom EE2 module.
I absolutely loved working on this project. Complexity can be… complex, but rewarding.

This is the best site for drivers who want to improve their skills. It has a lot of tutorials and resources about class b motorhomes and how they should be handled. At first, I was a bit afraid to take my motor home to the road but after completing the driving course found on this site, I gained a lot of skills and confidence.

Do you know if this driving school offers private lessons connected to basic mechanics? I want to be able to change the tail lights on my own. This shouldn’t be very complicated, right?

Awesome! This program should be dedicated especially to teenagers because they are reckless when they drive. As a Car Insurance agent I know how important is the safety of the car. Many lives can be saved by being careful at the wheel. Personally I’ve decided to attend this wheel program when I will have time, because I have a full-time job.

Are they going to teach me all about cars? I want to learn how to deal with my car if something bad happen. I think that is the first thing you have to know. The different parts of the car and how to deal with them, like the engine parts, brakes parts and transmission parts.

This is a very interesting site. I think it’s a great idea that you want to teach young drivers something new, that isn’t taught in traditional drive schools. I recently obtained my driving license and I started driving a used car instead of a new one. I bought one from used cars Philadelphia PA .They have great second hand cars.

As a driver you have to be responsible. When you drive you have to keep in mind your safety as well safety of people on the road. So follow the traffic rules. You are doing a good job by creating awareness among people. For car owners it is necessary to find good repairing service as well, such as auto body repair Salem NH.

When on the road, safety is the most important issue. Driver’s Edge is a site dedicated to improving the driving skills of young drivers. Here, you can learn about preventive driving, you can find tips to child proof your car and you can even enroll for professional driving classes. By following their advice, I’ve never had an incident in years.
