The site is a for a 70+ member art district in Denver, which allows all members to update their own events and gallery pages, and the client to update the rest of the dynamic areas on the site.

After the design was approved,  a big challenge of the site was to build a custom SAEFs that the district members could update their event, event hosting, and gallery information pages with.  It needed to be dead simple, simpler than the current EE backend is for them.  Safecracker came to the rescue big time.

There are 9 channels in the site: Board Members, Brochure Locations, District Announcements, Event Hosting, Events, Hotels, Member Images, Membership Levels, Parking, Press and Sponsors.  URL Encode was used to produce Ggoogle map links, as well as build full Google Maps on the Brochure Locations and Member Locations pages.  Image sizer is used throughout.  Solspace’s User module also helped a ton to help categorize and display member profiles.
