Add-ons used
Anywhere Here is a small but perfectly formed creative studio based in Surrey, England. We specialise in designing effective web experiences for desktop and mobile devices. And we dabble in print too.
We had one issue with the initial install of Expression Engine, but this turned out to be a browser based issue rather than an EE one. For some reason when we tried to complete the install using Safari (Mac), it refused to load the correct CSS required for the control panel. This was resolved by switching to Firefox and it now works completely fine with both browsers.
Other than that, we’re pretty much using the out-of-the-box features that EE has, which work well for the purpose of the site. We did have one other small issue with one of the add-ons we were using for the Twitter feed. Twitter Timeline was timing out quite frequently and not publishing the tweets so we switched to Twitter Search (available on the devot:ee site) which seemed to correct the problem.
