Andrew Gormley
This is a relaunch of my personal portfolio and blog with a focus on the latter of the two. It was a few months in the making and quickly allows me to post four main types of content: articles, reviews, links, and projects. I chose EE because I was tired of bending over backwards with Wordpress and still not being happy with the results. Through the use of various modules, particularly Pixel & Tonic’s Assets, I was able to easily incorporate imagery throughout channels quickly and to great effect.

Born outside of Boston, Andrew Gormley, aka AJ attended the Rhode Island School of Design, in order to study illustration and animation. While there, he met and began collaborating with Seth Macfarlane, creator of Family Guy.

Antony Gormley is a sculptor who experiments with materials and ways of seeing the human form. His medium base is very diverse and this book has works that are excellent examples of his installations. If you are interested in the figurative arts but not necessarily representational figurative, this is a wonderful addition to a book collection.
